Gemma
Gemma first joined Mackle Food Company in 2023 for her placement year while studying Food Innovation and Nutrition at CAFRE Loughry Campus. After graduating in 2025, she returned to the team full-time as an NPD Technologist.
Gemma helps bring new product ideas to life, from initial concepts and formulations through to factory trials and launch. Her favourite part of the role is seeing an idea develop into a finished product on the shelf, along with the variety that means no two days are the same.
Fun fact: Gemma has never had a cup of tea or coffee in her life!
Claire
Claire joined Mackle Food Company in 2020 as Business Development Manager, bringing over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality and tourism industry.
Since then, she has progressed to Head of Commercial, where she plays a key role in driving commercial growth, developing customer partnerships and identifying new opportunities for the business.
Claire’s favourite part of her role is that every day is different, particularly working with customers across the world to help bring their snack ranges to life.
Fun fact: Claire loves music and karaoke! What she lacks in musical talent, she definitely makes up for in enthusiasm.
Brandon
Brandon joined Mackle Food Company in 2024 while completing his degree apprenticeship in Computing for Industry. In 2026, he graduated with First-Class Honours and continued his career with the company as IT Co-Ordinator.
In his role, Brandon helps manage and improve IT systems across the business, troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions and supporting a variety of technology-based projects.
His favourite part of the role is the variety, with every day bringing new challenges and opportunities to learn and develop his skills.
Fun fact: Outside of work, you’ll usually find Brandon watching football, playing pool or darts, and trying to convince himself his darting skills are improving!
Tracy
Tracy joined Mackle Food Company in 2015, beginning her career as a Crisp Inspector in the Kosher department. Over the past 11 years, she has progressed through the business from the production line to Line Leader, Day Shift Supervisor and Day Shift Manager.
In December 2025, Tracy took the next step in her journey, becoming Factory Manager. Her years of hands-on experience across production give her a unique understanding of the factory and its day-to-day operations.
For Tracy, there are always new opportunities to learn, and she loves continuing to grow alongside the company while helping drive the success of the wider team.
Fun fact: Tracy is a huge dog lover, has had a pet since day one, and still has the teddy from her very first Christmas when she was just two weeks old!
